Christine Elcik, Director & Vice President

Christine Elcik joined Emigrant in July 2006 and is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and asset managing a variety of real estate transaction types. Prior to Emigrant, Christine was a Director at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation and held various positions in Underwriting, Marketing, Originations and Transaction Management. At Hypo, Christine focused on credit facilities for 80/20 construction and refinancing loans, condominium construction and conversion loans, retail mall construction, REIT credit facilities and real estate fund subscription lines. Before Hypo, Christine held positions at Kansallis Osake Pankii (KOP) and Irving Trust.

Christine holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Fordham University.
