David Feingold, Managing Director

David Feingold is a Managing Director in the California office of Emigrant Realty Finance. Prior to joining Emigrant, David was a Managing Director at Crestridge Investments and an Executive Vice President at its predecessor, Haverford Capital, responsible for asset managing a mezzanine loan and preferred equity investment portfolio of real estate assets valued over $350 million. Before Crestridge, David spent 21 years at Citicorp Real Estate in Los Angeles, where he was Managing Director responsible for a $1 billion debt and equity portfolio in the U.S., Canada and Europe. David was also the co-head of Citicorp’s real estate asset management ream, managing a portfolio of foreclosed real estate assets and consulting to Citibank Mexico on the disposition of $1.2 billion of real estate located in major cities throughout Mexico.

David holds a BS from the Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
