Emigrant Realty Finance provides bridge and construction financing secured by various property types, including multifamily, for-sale condominiums, industrial, student housing, office, life science, and hospitality (will also consider other property types), across all major markets throughout the country. Additionally, Emigrant Realty Finance provides leverage to experienced real estate lenders as well as Subscription Facilities to institutional real estate funds.

Typical loan size ranges from $25 million to $100 million for senior debt. For larger transactions, Emigrant Realty Finance will participate in club deals as well as nationally syndicated credits.

Representative clients include real estate private equity and debt funds, real estate developers, owner/operators, and family offices, as well as public and private REITs.
